Everything was wonderful! Just wish coffee was available for a longer period of time in the hotel lobby. Although there are coffee makers in the room and a coffee shop nearby, having fresh brewed coffee would enhance the morning experience.

The hotel was downtown with easy access to restaurants and bars. It’s in a good area with lots to do. The second room we had was lovely, spacious with views and what it should have been to start with. Some staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Location was ideal for what we came to the city to do. Didn’t need to utilize any of the additional services and was happy about the valet option cause wouldn’t of had a clue of where to park my vehicle.

My go to hotel when I attend Tekko con at the Lawrence center around the corner. Always clean and the employees are very welcoming.

Great hotel, beautiful rooms and the staff are all super friendly. We were up on the 9th floor with a view of the city. Not the greatest but who cares. It was quiet and relaxing so we were super happy. I’m sure if we requested a river view it would have been pretty terrific too. Love the key card operated elevator, and the fact that they hold your luggage past check out if you’re at the Steelers game (!!!!) that’s fabulous!

Me and my boyfriend aren't needy people so we didn't need much from the staff, but we did ask for a box of tissues and they arrived to our room quickly and we greatly appreciated it! Checking in and out was super quick and easy with no issues! I also liked the safety feature with the room cards being needed for the elevator and the front entrance past midnight.

Rooms were a good size, very clean. Bathroom was a good size too!! We were traveling with friends and they happily offered to put us close together on the same floor. Also the gentleman working valet when we arrived was so friendly with a great personality!!

Great and convenient location. Beautiful view! Multiple restaurants near by. Walking distance to the convention center and many places downtown.
